SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Domestic Shipping

  1. SHIPPING FREE on prepaid orders above ₹700/-. For Prepaid Orders below ₹700/- shipping is shipping is Flat ₹100/-.
  2. Cash on Delivery only available for order value from ₹700 to ₹2900. Shipping is Flat ₹100/- on Cash on Delivery. 
  3. We primarily use Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Speedpost , etc. as courier partner for all domestic orders.

  4. Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. We deliver throughout India within 5-7 working days.

  5. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.

PLEASE NOTE - All customisable/personalised product are made on order, delivery time for customised or personalised products is 7-10 days for all over India, and we do highlight and intimate about such products on the purchase page only.

 

International Shipping 

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per the weight of the order.

2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.

3. We use FEDEX courier service for shipping.

4. Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

5. During this unprecedented time Like (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
